Hate Junk Mail?

Who doesn't right?  This service gets my vote as the best thing to happen in our world since sliced bread.  Enter your address and they pay you a dollar to let them stop your junk mail.

I don't know how it works but Matt Damon is a major sponsor so maybe he just needs a way to tax shelter his money.  Either was its awesome for all of us who are sick and tired of having our mailboxes filled with useless catalogs and credit card applications.

Boston Apple Store Goes Green

In true neat and clean Apple fashion, they've went green in constructing their newest store in Boston. Read the article here.
"Johnson admits he has no idea whether growing grass on the roof will make the store more of a friend to nature, or compensate for the megawatts of electricity consumed by over a hundred Mac computers. But, he said, if other new buildings adopt the same policy, it just might add up."

That has to be the best quote from the article. Doesn't it just totally capture the ideas that are going on right now in the green world? We all want to say we're green whether we really understand what it means or not. Its so en vogue!

•    39% of energy use,
•    39% of all carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions,
•    40% of raw materials use,
•    30% of waste output (136 million tons annually), and

iphone opinions

Well its been a couple of months since my rave reviews of the iphone and touting it as the greatest invention known to mankind.  So its not as great as I thought, big deal.  The idea is still amazing, it just keeps freezing and needing replaced.  So I have to drive to San Antonio every few months to get a new one.  Whats the big deal?  (sarcastic by the way)  Truth be told, I still feel it is the best phone on the market, just not quite as "error free" as I once thought.  And it really really ticked me off when  my pictures of me with Rick Pitino got erased, but at least I still have his autograph, thats something right?
